Rick is an amazing practitioner! I’ve been a patient for a few years now and he not only takes the time to really listen to me, but he makes sure that I’m totally informed and understand everything going on. He even takes the time to research medication, explain risks vs benefits, explain how a medication works and even costs. Rick is a Godsend for me and many others!

Rick was amazing! Got us in super quick and made us very comfortable. Very clean, and non-judgemental environment. We deal with lots of anxiety and he helped with that SO much. A HUGE thank you to Rick and the staff for being so nice and helpful!

These people truly care, Julie, not the front office knows my name every time I call and takes personal care of us. Rick, or Doc, is great and really treats you like a person. I have always loved coming to see him. Will recommend, do recommend!!!

The front staff is super sweet and helpful and Dr. Richard Templeman is a rarity. He takes his time, is passionate about thoroughly explaining things to you. You never leave feeling rushed or unheard. Love having someone in town that takes a look at the whole person and not just treat everyone the same.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Julie In the front is very patient and sweet! The medical assistant, Kelley, is very helpful, caring and prompt at returning phone calls (Very hard to come by!!) Richard Templeman took the time to answer all my questions and allowed me to have a say-so in my treatment plan! He made sure I understood my medications before he left the room and that I was comfortable with the plan that was established. A plus for me is that their cash pay pricing IS the most affordable I have found in the area. I drive 40 miles for my appointments and I would drive further if I had to! I trust and recommend Richard Templeman, FNP-BC and North Texas Family Health with all of my healthcare needs!!
