I was offered coffee, and their hospitality was just fantastic. I want to also mention that I was given all the necessary forms to make my transaction of putting my vehicles on the road a breeze. (December 17, 2021, 11:28 am)Ashley was amazing!! She is saving me so much money from my last policy!! She was very patient with all my questions even though we ran into after hours. I asked several times if she wanted to finish the next day, she would not have it and made me feel like she had all night and not rushing at all. I am so happy to be with the Ashley Schoonover agency In Whitewright. I feel I have real personal service if the need arises. 😊
