I went in to get a soda around 8 p.m. Wednesday night and I paid cash but I had just used my debit card to get a pizza in the same station. I did not use my debit card and I paid cash since it was under $5. I left my debit card on the counter and forgot all about it until about 2 hours later. Right before they were closing I ran back to Whitewright and askedhe girl at the counter, " did you find a debit or a credit card in your store tonight?" She smiled and turned around and grabbed it then I said,thank you." She asked,"what's that for?" I said, "for doing what you just did." I really appreciated someone being honest and returning it especially with me not having to go through the process of canceling my debit card or credit card and then having to wait and not being able to use it until I got a new one. I will make that gas station a priority when I go to Whitewright.
