“I have been looking for a new GMC Terrain for my daughter. I went looking around the lot and a Salesperson named Tyler did a wonderful job in helping me find one that was perfect for her and her budget. My daughter and I came back the next day to test drive it and Tyler was prepared and already had the car pulled up out front and waiting for us to get there. He was a great salesperson and really knew everything about the vehicle. As we walked in the dealership the Sales Manager Steve, came out of his office to meet us and personally thank us for stopping by and literally worked with us every step of the way to get the best deal for her. When we made it to the Finance Manager, Murray, I was pleased to see how well he explained everything and every number on the contract with my daughter, to give my her a better understanding about buying a car. The whole car buying experience was WONDERFUL! Not once did we feel pressured during the whole time we were there. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and had excellent customer service, even the Service Advisor. We will be back and we will tell all our friends and family about Sterling Navasota Chevrolet!”
