I walk into the facility with smiles greeting me, and a coach that is up beat and encourages me. I walk out after my workout knowing that I did my “All Out” and did the best I could do!
(August 20, 2019, 1:12 pm)I’ve worked out my entire life and thought I was pretty fit, but holy cow, this has taken my fitness to a whole new level. I love the variety of workouts and the encouragement from the coaches. What’s also pretty cool about this place is that the people who are working out alongside you are really encouraging and helpful too.

Just be sure to eat the right quantity and quality calories on a daily basis. Get on over there and find out what SPLAT Points are!!!!
