  Our experience was five-star. The finished product more than met our expectations. Lupe (their estimator/installer) was simply outstanding. He provided a prompt, reasonable estimate. Lupe and Benjamin “Ben” (their installer) completed the project in ONE day. Their work was impeccable; they gave attention to every detail, throughout the entire project. We would definitely recommend Alamo Discount Screens, without any reservations.

  Great customer service. Actually they were punctual. Made my install fast and easy. Price was very top notch. It's sad that their competitors use google to bash this company. I beg to differ they show up to the appointments on time. Quality workmanship on my screens.

  Just finished our solar screen install on our new house in the medical center area (we live in another city so the idea of getting this done and maybe not always being around for a question, meeting or install was a little scary). We are most pleased with the finished results. The process was a little bumpy in the beginning, (phone tag, communication regarding accurate address/missing info for estimator) but once we got things straightened out it was pretty easy. We were a little anxious after 2 weeks and no response of a completion/install date but as someone else wrote in other web reviews, please be patient. This company was by far the fairest and most accommodating with my schedule and pricing. Answered all our questions and received/responded to all my calls. Good family business with integrity, very rare in this day in age. Day of install and I could not be there but they did the job anyway, thats trust. They even went to go rent a 40' ladder to get a few of the windows that were too high; they never called me to tell me there was an issue, they just saw a problem and fixed it. Not until a payment time and a 2nd trip final install of my patio door screen did I know of this issue. The pricing was great in comparison to others. Give them a try, we will certainly use them for my in-laws house next!
