Immensely satisfied with the head installer, Rafael, walking me through how he planned on setting the camper shell and showed me, in detail, how he configured the wiring. He was very patient and went out of his way to ensure all my needs were met. Could not have been more satisfied. Thank you to Taylor and Rafael, and the rest of the Smokin’ Joe’s Trailers team for giving me a very positive experience!
