We had several deer processed last year with incredible results and after covering nearly the full spectrum of their options, the breakfast sausage is still our favorite.
Excited to see where this season takes us, but definitely know who we'll be going to for our processing needs!
(December 28, 2019, 6:55 am)This place reminds me of the deer processor places I used to go to growing up with my Dad. He is open during the hours I need him and has realistic prices. I’ve gone to a couple other places around town before I found Central Texas this the my place from now on. The other around town takes weeks, are double the prices, and close too soon after dark.
