I was very hesitant to use a chiropractor but after years of low back pain decided to try Dr Miller on the recommendation of a friend. I was so happy I did. I only regret that I didn't come in earlier. I have seen him twice a month for many years and he & his wife have been very kind and concerned about my well being. I had also been having a pain in my lower front right side, which I had been to doctors for and even had CT scans. Turned out it was from my back and Dr Miller was able to fix it! Highly recommend giving him a try!
I have been using chiropractors my entire life for chronic back problems and have been to probably 5 different practices. After two visits to Dr. Miller I feel better than I ever have and it lasts.
His exercises work, and he uses very effective techniques to include massaging tissues prior to adjustments. He always gets the adjustment unlike some chiropractors who are too embarrassed or whatever to try more than once (because sometimes as a patient we aren't relaxed or are too tense etc). If it doesn't pop into place, he does more tissue massaging until it works. He is also fully willing to keep your confidential if you're worried about work finding out.
Having used chiropractic services for nearly 20 years, I have found regular visits essential in mitigating the effects of fibromyalgia. In fact, I "have" chiropractors in several cities that I use when I travel frequently to Maryland, North Carolina, Georgia, South Carolina, or California.
I can say unequivocally: Dr. Miller's techniques are the most helpful I have experienced in relieving the pain I suffer from fibromyalgia. That is not to say my other chiropractors have not been great - they have. But I use them when I am away from Schertz, out of necessity. Dr. Miller's techniques go beyond alignments focusing on the specific tender points essential in the diagnostic protocol for fibromyalgia. Thus, his technique is personally tailored and exceptionally effective and allows me to remain active in my work, coimmunity, and family.
