  Don't let the outside appearance fool you. The service here is excellent. The atmosphere feels like home. Food is delicious; prices are a bit on the higher side, but worth it. Will be back for sure. Mr Salomon really takes pride in what he serves and it shows.

  First of all, you are kind of hesitating when you look at the place from outside. Old school building. But once you are inside, the warmth of the owner and his sons just make you feel welcome! Food is simply exceptional. Guadalajara style. I even tried some Kobe steak tacos!!!! The wines are fabulous. Best Mexican restaurant in San Antonio. Nothing comes close.

  I had never heard of this place or even noticed it. So glad I went today. The food was so yummy and the service was great. I'm definitely going back!

  Very nice, cozy environment with delicious dishes and a slew of wine choices. A little pricey, but well worth the cost. The owner appears to be very proactive about his cuisine and wine fare. Definitely a revisit very soon.

  I was searching for a new place to eat and I came across this place. It had great reviews and photos of the food looked great. We pulled up and noticed there were only a few cars outside and it was a very old looking building. Although the outside appearance was a bit leary, we decided to take a chance and I'm glad we did. The owner and his staff are super friendly and the food definitely did not disappoint. I would say, "Don't judge a book by its cover." Everything from the appetizer, main course, and dessert was delicious. We will definitely be going back. I can't wait to try their breakfast.
