She reassured me that he would be fine until Monday and had staff call first thing Monday Morning to get us in. “Great service. Compliments to Sherrick Cunningham, Physician Assistant. MinuteCinic has been around since the early 2000s, this location since 2014. Seems standard for them to employ physician assistants. Looked online before arriving and there was not much of a wait @ this location. For locations that have a wait time (others within 30 miles ranged from 30 minutes to 2 hours), you have the option to "hold" your place online. I, for one, was glad to simply find this location with a short wait. Since I have checked a couple different days, I can say that this Schertz location is consistently less busy. Upon arrival, we were pleased to find that the online status was accurate. Two simple doors next to the pharmacy with a few chairs that serve as the waiting room. It took less than 5 minutes for Sherrick to come out to check on us. When you first get here, you will be required to sign in with a little kiosk; main complaint being that you are required to give a debit or credit card even if you do not end up paying anything, which is what happened in my case due to my insurance. Came for a quick check up, was in and out in less than thirty minutes. Provided me with a full print out report, plus consultation time. I cannot start to any other employees here, but Sherrick was better than any primary care or urgent care center I have been to. Is that because he is a physician assistant, not yet deluded by the MD letters? Or because MinuteClinic is awesome? Not sure, but no complaints here! Update: They called me a few times to check on me, to make sure I received my resume results for some tests. They were try rather persistent about it (three missed calls, two more call backs to make sure I scheduled a follow-up), and although I felt a little nagged, I confess this is a good thing. It shows these physician assistants are more diligent and care more than most other doctors I know!”

“A few weeks ago I bought a prepaid Visa card for a mother to be as a baby shower gift. We gave the card to the family and when they tried to use the card, the card did not have any credit card numbers or expiration dates on it. I contacted the manager, Fernando and him and his team were so kind and professional in trying to get the card replaced. They went way out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. I can't express how much I appreciate everything they did for this frustrating time. Thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts. The parents to be will be very happy!”

“I called early in the afternoon and had no problems with scheduling my son a same day visit and was on hold for less than a minute when transferred from the automated system to the scheduling desk. I have had mixed feelings with this practice over the years and usually walk out disappointed and without answers or help from the providers here but we met with Dr.Hernandez today and she was absolutely a breath of fresh air and she restored my faith in the practice. Dr.Hernandez was attentive and interacted amazingly with my son as well as all his and my answers alike were answered. She went above and beyond the visit with even answering some questions that did not pertain to a sick visit but took the concerns seriously and evaluated him completely. Thank you Dr.Hernandez,you are a great asset to this practice! **The only thing I would say negative today is that it seems almost anytime we have a visit here somehow there is credit owed back to me(one credit a ways back was even over $100)...I dont understand that/more so dont understand why it happens so frequently. Overall a great visit today!”

“If you're looking for a perfect place for memory care , there is not one. They make an honest great effort to help. I've not witnessed any disrespect from the workers towards the residents. They seem genuinely interested and caring as they would for their own parents. I'm solely in contact with the memory caregivers who are Cree, Anita, Sylvia and Anabel they are "very professional, hardworking, kind, patient and highly skilled ." Thank you! The facility is clean, their rooms , family and living room. Lunch menu is very appealing and delicious, cooked by a Chef. Dinners are very light mostly soup salad and sandwich. The activities director is amazing plus full of energy and always keeps them busy with music, arts & crafts even field trips. Thank you!”
