Primarily my interactions have been with Dr. McQuade, adjusting and maintaining my EnSound hearing aids. These are high quality instruments that are highly programable and can interface with my iPhone. Dr. McQuade had me come to his office every few months when I first got them to make adjustments as I adapted to using hearing aids and less often as I became more comfortable with them. Two times during the last year he had to send one to the company to have microphones unclogged. They came back good as new and at no charge. I would confidently recommend Alamo ENT to any of my friends or family. I believe they rank well into the to top 10% of Texas ENT practices, certainly when it comes to hearing Aids.”

“My 2 year old has attended this daycare since December 2020. I’m very pleased, and thankful for such great care. My daughter is thriving, and learning so much so quickly. Her teachers are awesome with communication, and making sure that she receives a quality curriculum as well. My daughter is doing so well with potty-training and loves the children in her class as well. This is not a childcare facility where the kids play with toys all day; they’re actually learning as well! I’m a first time parent, so I’m very hands on with my child’s development and have the normal anxiety of any parent. But this childcare facility has put my anxiety at ease, especially during this pandemic. They’re doing very well with preventative measures (temperature checks, hands washing, limited access, mask). I receive multiple pictures, lesson plans, meals, potty breaks, and any other communication daily through the school app. Which is very important for me to track my child’s progress :)! I’m very thankful and appreciative for an awesome staff, especially Ms.G and Ms. Christine. Thanks for all that you do, my family & I truly appreciate it :)!”

“Dr. Kellum JR. Has moved mountains to help me with my migraines and help me get they through the pain and the depression they’ve caused me when there were no cures and still aren’t but he keeps trying and will call me personally or spend as much time as needed to hear my concerns or what I’m going through at an office visit. If you’ve had to wait hours to see him even if you had an appointment time it’s because he is making sure that every patient gets treated like they are the only one who needs his help and he doesn’t rush anytime that comes for his help. He’s well worth the wait and even when we lived four hours away we’d drive in on a Saturday to see only him because he’s that good at what he does and he knows your history and treats you like family. He won’t stop looking for answers to what’s ailing you no matter what you suffer from but in the mean t time he does whatever it takes to make you as well and comfortable as he possibly can. If you don’t want to wait the extra time it takes to see him you’re really missing out on the best doctor patient relationship you could have. I believe in him and so does my husband and he takes care of my whole family. He’s more than the doctor you go to when you have the flu or a cold or the typical things you would see a PCP for. He will find the answers somehow some way no matter how much research he has To do or who has to consult with he will find a solution and if he hasn’t found one yet he doesn’t give up nor will he let you. I completely trust him and his abilities as more than just a doctor but one who personally cares about each and every person he treats.”

“While the wait times are not quick, the nurses & NP I see are amazing. Always friendly & willing to chit chat a bit. I have never felt rushed or like the NP just wants me out. She takes the time to explain everything & answer all my questions. Which tells me that if she takes that time with me, then she does with others who are less informed so they understand what is going on, thus causing a slightly longer than normal wait time. Which is understandable & acceptable.”
