Today was my first visit for an issue I was having with my car and not only was I seen immediately without having to wait, the service manager Michael was friendly and took care of my brake light within minutes, I didn't even have to get out of my car! I had another Company attempt to repair my Samsung Range (under warranty), but they could not identify the issue, just wanting to swap out control boards and parts without completing any tests. I went without an oven for 30 days, with no end in sight. We called in Lisa's Appliance in desperation! Their Tech, Patrick, came out on the same day. He had read up on our range BEFORE coming to our home, and performed a few electronic tests based on what I had said was wrong with it. He had it fixed in less than 15 minutes...a broken sensor wire!!!! We will not hesitate to use them again!!!!”
