Seguin RV

The day after Christmas and we ran into troubles with our heater and furnace on our way from Florida up to Vancouver. I called Lynette first thing in the morning and she told us they were doing year end work but to bring our rig in and she’d try and find someone to help us. Rob, the Service Manager took a look and told us what the problems were, said it would be an easy fix and 3 hours later we were back on the road AND the repair costs were quite reasonable. I am beyond impressed at the service and attention we got from Seguin RV. Thanks Lynette, Rob and the team!!

Great experience at Seguin Rv with my RV purchase. Mark was a great salesperson and Boyce made the financing easy and simple. My hot water heater had a glitch but Robert and Jake got me in, solved the problem and on my way in just minutes. Check this dealership out. Great people and service.

I had been looking around for a bigger RV for a while. I went out there to Seguin RV and my salesman was John Cappelli. He was very professional, did not push me into a sale and got me a great trade in dollar amount. He was very patient and we looked at all the RVs twice to ensure I made the right decision. When I picked up the RV, John and all of the mechanics (sorry I don’t remember all the names) were excellent in making sure the RV was in 100% top condition when I pulled it off the lot. They also installed a sway bar and did an excellent job. Jake took the time to explain to me how to operate it. The RV I bought was on clearance and I was a little skeptical at first, but it is awesome. It is brand new and I took it out for the first camping trip yesterday. I am very pleased. I got a great deal and was very well taken care of.

So let’s start by saying that the staff at Seguin RV are very nice people. Mark and Boyce are two really great guys the work hard to get you what you want. I looked around for about 3 months at different dealerships from San Antonio to Dallas and these guy have some of the best prices. They are very transparent about cost fees and all the stuff other places hide and sneak in. Give these guy a chance and you will be a very happy camper!!!
