(July 5, 2020, 10:08 am)Outstanding customer service and beautiful pottery! I ordered bowls as a surprise birthday gift for my daughter but when they arrived, I didn't love them. I immediately called and left a message. In the meantime, I placed another order for a different style and selected express shipping because I only had 3 days left before her birthday. Ceramika Artystyczna called me back and promised to make sure my package was mailed in time. By 10 am on the day of her birthday they arrived and were perfect! I had to return the first order and Ceramika Artystyczna quickly refunded my credit card upon receipt. I highly recommend this business and will definitely order from again!!
