The level of service was exceptional, starting from the warm welcome to the visit with Dr. DeCola. She displayed remarkable gentleness and patience with Luna. I highly recommend their services.******
  I have been looking for a vet since I am new to the area. Stopped in this place and customer service experience was top notch! The staff was very welcoming and informative. What a difference from all the other places I have been! If their customer service is amazing I can only imagine how great the service will be. Looking forward to bringing my furry baby here.🤩

  I have 2 cats who have been nervous at the vet in the past. I picked Dr DeCola specifically because of her Fear Free training and it has been wonderful. I appreciate the extra care and attention to the amount of stress on my animals and recommend Pets Choice to anyone who asks.

  Best veterinarian clinic ever! Dr. DeCola and staff go above and beyond helping my pugs feel comfortable. They are also the only ones that can do their nails for me since pugs are super dramatic about having their nails done. My pug Gremlin Grumbledore also has ear issues from time to time, and they do an excellent job taking care of those issues as well. Dr. DeCola and her staff also do a phenomenal of job taking care of my pug puppy litters. Everyone is super gentle with them and makes their first veterinarian experience a positive one. My puppies seem happy and confident at Pets Choice. That's extremely important for the future new owners when they take their pugs from me to their own veterinarians. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. Best veterinarian and staff in the state of Texas in my opinion.

  I called with concerns about my dog and they got me in for an appointment next day. Shadow is always anxious and timid around new people, and they were very accommodating to him. Super kind and gentle, he loved them! We will definitely be coming here from now on. Staff was great:)

  Pet's Choice in Seguin has been so good to our fur family! Let me start by saying Dr. Decola and her staff are the most caring, attentive, and professional people I have had the pleasure of interacting with in the veterinary community. They truly care about their patients and owners and are always going above and beyond. I appreciate their philosophy and approach to animal and pet care. Both of my cats are very comfortable there, and the team loves them too! I cannot thank them enough for saving our dear Phoebe's life after she was hit by a car and ensuring she had the best care throughout her recovery. Two surgeries, an amputated tail, hundreds of stitches, countless hours of round the clock love and care, and 1 1/2 months later Phoebe is doing miraculous (see before and after pics)! Thank you so much Pet's Choice for taking such great care of us throughout this process. We love each and every one of you beautiful souls.
