Villa Vista MHC

My overall experience with Villa Vista has been outstanding. Since living here, changes have occurred making the neighborhood appearance beautiful. Susana is always a pleasure to speak with, and all minor issues are always resolved within a timely manner. All of the neighbors are so kind, and I love my large lot with extra room for my pup to run around. Amazing place to live!

The community manager Susana is a pleasure & professional individual to work with. Worked with her for many years is very driven and makes things happen. Through the years I have learned she cares for her community and her renters.

I have had a very good experience here. I have been a resident for almost five years and always feel at peace when I get home.
Any concerns I have had have always been addressed almost immediately by management. The park rules are fair and understandable. As a senior citizen, I appreciate this.
