“A few weeks ago I bought a prepaid Visa card for a mother to be as a baby shower gift. We gave the card to the family and when they tried to use the card, the card did not have any credit card numbers or expiration dates on it. I contacted the manager, Fernando and him and his team were so kind and professional in trying to get the card replaced. They went way out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.
