I always receive friendly professional care. The staff is very helpful and kind. I always appreciate the medical equipment for thorough exams. I know that nothing is overlooked. I certainly would recommend Family Vision to my family and friends.

I just had the best experience. I went to Family Vision Center for my first eye doc appointment in my life. I really didn’t know what to expect, so I brought my husband with me who’s been with his eye doc for 40 years. I made an appointment the day before, the receptionist was super helpful and friendly. I walked in and was delighted to see the office was beautiful, very clean with a large selection of frames. The receptionist was super friendly. Paperwork took no time and they already had my insurance info. The doctor’s assistant took me back ASAP and I’d all of the pertinent tests, and Dr Skidmore was amazing. She was professional and friendly and very kind. I chose my frames after I saw the doc and got everything taken care of with payment and options in about 15 minutes. What a great experience!! All new technology and so easy, and perfect location for me. I am very happy!

I just started going here after my old eye doctor couldn’t get me in for another month. My old glasses got scratched after an unfortunate cleaning incident and I really needed to get in somewhere. Not only was the optometrist super nice and very thorough, the entire staff was amazing. When I forgot my insurance card at home, I was able to text a screen shot/picture of it from my health app to them; so I was pleasantly surprised by their move into modern technology when so many other businesses wouldn’t allow that yet! Tyler helped me pick out glasses that actually fit my face and are super cute and exactly fit the look I wanted to go for! He even went above and beyond to get me my new glasses super fast so I could have them before I leave out of town. I wouldn’t have even had my initial appointment at the other place yet! So basically he does magic; thanks again!!!

Went in for exams and glasses for myself & the kid. They were amazing from start to finish. Go see, Tyler, he's my favorite! He was so fun & knowledgeable in choosing our glasses & informed us during the entire process. Definitely our new vision place!

So thankful to have found a new ophthalmologist in my area. All the ladies and Dr were very nice and pleasant. It’s comforting to know there are still good people who care about others and enjoy what they do and it showed on Saturday. It’s all about customer service for me and treating others as you wish to be treated. Thank you Family Vision Center for a great first visit. Keep up the good work, kindness goes a long way!
