The staff of Jacinto Medical Group includes not only medical professionals, nurses, ward staff, but also administrative staff, marketing staff, and security staff who are all dedicated to the well-being of all patients.

(January 30, 2021, 9:28 am)When I called the MRI and Lab to get instructions the ladies on the other line were so nice and helpful. Upon arrival the parking was easy. The building is very outdated but the Customer service is exceptional. My 10 year old was getting an ultrasound and lab work. The receptionist was awesome. The nurse was amazing with my nervous kiddo. She had her giggling and just the sweetest. The lady in the lab was just as sweet and so gentle with her. She left with a smile on her face. I would highly recommend this facility. The people who work there are true professionals and care for their patients. Thank you!!!!
