Genesis of Baytown

Go see Zain Naqvi, at Baytown Genesis!! I am probably the pickiest buyer on the face of the planet. I called ahead of time and let them know I was coming. “I don’t want anyone who has less than a year experience with these cars!” Zain met me. Sat with me and went through every feature. Answered all million questions. I told him I had one more car to look at. No high pressure sales tactics. Later that evening he texted me (my preference) and asked if I had any questions. Again, no pressure. Monday I called and told him I wanted the car. We worked everything out. But, I couldn’t get there until Wednesday and my husband works long shift hours. Monday evening at 7:15, I had my car!! He jumped through all the hoops. Went ALL the extra miles for me. I LOVE my car and I highly recommend them!

The GV70 has a lot of technology and a lot of features and he took the time to go over every single feature with me and made sure that I understood how everything worked. Zain also reached out to me after my purchase to make sure that I was enjoying my vehicle and to let me know that I could contact him with any questions. There were no high pressure sales and everyone was very nice. Great Experience!
