(March 8, 2023, 11:09 am)On line appt scheduling great!!! Walked in today with an appt at 9:10 and they called me back at 9:08 WITH waiting room full!!! Get an appt!!! Tech was cheerful knowing there were many waiting AND she only stuck me 1 time !!! I love my Baytown Quest!!
(February 16, 2023, 4:17 pm)I tried going in as a walk in, saw the lobby full and decided to make an appointment for the next day. Checked in from the text they sent me ten minutes prior to my appointment. Was in and out in no time.
(May 3, 2021, 10:23 pm)Went here to do my son’s blood work done. It’s a lot better if you schedule your appointment online ahead of time because you save some time and frustration. Minus one star for waiting area crowding and check- in set up. (Especially during COVID times)
Other than that, staff were very nice and friendly, our visit was rather quick.
