“Eons ago i was a walk-up customer, then from his persona and treatment alone, i became a regular and uttered his shop name to anyone in need. 3 yrs ago i became an employee and dont have any plans of venturing off unless necessary. I will tell you that you cant please everyone all the time, but Doc tryies his damndest and i follow suit. Some people out there always think they know more than you or want you to do something that we know is wrong, either by law or sheer common sense for customer safety and well-being, so they'll catch an attitude.
