(March 9, 2022, 4:55 pm)I was dealing with extreme pain and limited range of motion for around 8 weeks due to a previous injury with a different personal trainer. I started REGEN sessions with the massage gun, and the exercise therapy sessions to build strength and alleviate discomfort with Christy and have noticeable improvement in range of motion and pain level. 10/10 Recommend her professional, personal catered sessions. She cares for your total wellness.
