Prior to committing in doing the repairs Mr. Servando will first take the time to evaluate and diagnose your problem or issue. Once he has identified your issue or problem he thoroughly explains to the customer which option is best within the customer’s budget. Mr. Servando is a subject matter expert when it comes to state fire codes. While looking at my plumbing issues he addressed to me my flue on my gas water heater wasn’t placed correctly and it was surrounded with insulation which can cause a fire. I’m so thankful Mr. Servando & crew replace the flue. They prevented my family from being exposed to odorless CO2 gas which is very dangerous, and now my home is within state fire code. Mr. Servando integrity and his attention to detail will be my go to plumber for all my future projects and home plumbing repairs.
