Fantastic experience. My water heater went out and I called our usual plumber and was told they were booked out 9 days. 9 days with no hot water isn't acceptable. Found company, made an online appointment same day, recorded a little video of my situation, attached it and some pictures, and two hours later they were here swapping out my water heater. They had what I needed on the truck, were prepared, professional and polite. I took a hot shower a couple hours later grinning ear to ear. I've got a new plumbing company now! This is my favorite place to take my car! When they do my oil change they always take a general peek at stuff to let me know if there is any other work that needs to be done.
And I trust them to not just add a bunch of unnecessary work to the list, because with regular upkeep I rarely need more than an oil change. Once in a while the transmission fluid needs serviced, but I have been bringing my car here for about 3 years, and the first time had a bunch of extra work needed (because I didn't take care of my car very well previously), but since then, it has been minimal work needing to be done.
Regular upkeep for your car is important! I spend so much less on car maintenance, since I have been getting it taken care of regularly. I bring in my car 3 or 4 times a year and they take care of me and my car here. I definitely recommend this repair center!

I brought my truck in due to a loose front end. The diagnosis was upper and lower ball joints, transfer case rear seal leak, and no air conditioning. They gave me a loaner car for free. I just had to fill it up before I returned. This job could have easily taken a day and a half. I got a call from John stating that my truck was fixed at 4:30 the same day!

Excellent service at an affordable price. John and Jeff know their stuff and were completely honest and upfront with me about what needed to be repaired and why. They patiently answered all my questions and took the time to explain things in a manner that I could understand. I will never take my vehicles any where else. Highly recommend!!!!

John an Jeff did a great job on replacing my motor on my 1996. K 1500 4 x 4 Chevy and replacing all fluids from front to back, gas line, servicing the transmission and they also rebuilt the differential. basically took my old motor out and put a new crate motor in my truck. Aside from doing the job in a time allotment that was absolutely amazing, they did the job flawlessly! They really did a super job keeping me updated and well-informed on what was going on with the trucks progress. I’m happy to report my truck runs fantastic, they took good care of my truck and prices were very fair. They went far above and beyond what was expected of the job and i was even more impressed that they did it all within a six day work week. I was never one to trust a mechanic shop right off the bat but my gut instincts told me these were some guys I could trust. I knew also from speaking with them and with them being in business since the mid 60’s they were still around because they were a great business to bring your vehicles to. A very trustworthy shop & I will recommend Lowry automotive to anyone I know looking for some work to be done on a vehicle or even for just an oil change. . In a world that’s full of swindlers and crooks and trusting someone is a difficult task at hand these days enough as it is, Lowry auto is a rare find for a business. They have a standard that’s above all its competitors it’s a well ran incredibly clean, trustworthy amazing family owned business you ll be able to place your trust in for years to come, I know this for sure.
