I was a 5 year patient of Dr. Chang. I lost my job and insurance benefits so I stop seeing him or any Dr. I spent 1.5 years in and out of emergency rooms for my care and to get prescriptions. One day I had to go to Hermann to have test done because of my disability claim. I put him down as a Dr. That I know who treated me in the past. The next day Dr. Chang showed up wearing his bow tie as usual. I explained to him why I had not seen him, and he redponded: "Karen you should have called I would give saw you for free since you were a long time customer." For the next 6 months I saw him for free. Great Dr. That really cares and want stop until he has all the answers.
