“We recently took our 4 year old wooly husky here for a grooming session and were very nervous because he had never been professionally groomed before, was super matted on his belly and is extremely sensitive about being brushed/groomed. However, the grooming manager, Jill, was absolutely INCREDIBLE at answering all of our questions beforehand and handling him during the apt when he was definitely not the easiest dog to deal with. We cannot believe how good he looked and felt after his grooming session. Jill got out every tangle and he is the softest he’s been since he was a puppy. Cannot recommend Jill enough!”

He has been amazing and incredibly accommodating for those That require modifications to their workouts. I'm seeing amazing results and I'm going home feeling accomplished every time! I definitely plan on continuing to come here after this challenge ends. Also the other members and staff have been so friendly and inviting and willing to help us in anyway that they can to succeed in this challenge. You can tell that everyone is like family here. “Jessica Mutter was extremely helpful and courteous to intercede with the issues I incurred with my order. I ordered 100 signs (50 for each branch) and only got one proof. I could not get in touch with Taylor, apparently he is new to your locations and still learning. My only suggestion is that I am 63 years old and when I came to pickup my signs - it would have been nice to have someone help me with the numerous loads I had to put in my car. I could not park next to your blue door - so walking back and forth across the parking lot was not fun and it was hot. If these two matters had not occurred I would have been very happy. “Absolutely a delight! A true hidden treasure worthy of exploring. The shop is clean, bright and smells lovely. The staff is friendly and cheerful. The owner came out and greeted us. It is very quiet and a wonderful place to have a conversation. There are board games and books for families and kids, and a piano anyone may play. It is a great, safe place, where teenagers may meet, or mothers can connect over a drink without worrying about their kids annoying anyone. They were out of most pastries when I went, and the menu selection is a bit sparse. It truly is a coffee shop. But if you're into that, and want a quiet meeting place, this spot is amazing.”
