American Detail - PPF Film & Ceramic Coating

Alan and the team at American Detail worked wonders on my 2024 C8. Alan guided me to the optimal services within my budget. I originally called regarding a 5 year Ceramic Coat, but ended up getting a Paint Correction, Bumper & Mirror PPF, and a 3 year Ceramic Coat. The Paint Correction took care of all of the complaints I had from Chevrolet. This is a specialized team of skilled professionals. This team has my recommendation.

Hats off to Greg and his team. I brought my wife’s brand new Subaru Ascent for a window tinting service and will now bring all my vehicles to American Detail for the services they provide. The work was flawless, product is quality and the customer service is what makes them stand out from the local competition. I can speak on that as recently I had a pretty poor experience at a local competitor with paint protection film on my own personal vehicle. Being new to the area and getting dazzled by some sponsored ads from the local competitor had me missing out on American Detail - and I'm regretting not coming here sooner.

On a separate occasion before this service - I came to American Detail just for some advice on issues I was having with a local competitor. Greg took his time to give a professional opinion and just straight forward guidance. He was honest - and when asked, I mentioned the other local shop that I had work done - he made sure to keep it professional and never once said anything negative about the local competitor and just gave advice. That’s quality!!

 Why do I mention that? Because I found a business that is straightforward, has integrity and stands by their products and services and that's why I brought my wife's vehicle here.

Searching for PPF/Ceramic Coating service provider can be very nerve wrecking, and I am glad I did it with American Detail. After months of searching, comparing quality and pricing, I had so many questions to do or not to do this for my brand new M440i. After watching hundreds of YouTube videos in regards to PPF/Ceramic coating, I have gotten so confused if this is good for me or not. Allen from American Detail didn't mind to spend time explaining the procedures, pros and cons, do and don't with me on the phone, answered all the questions I had, and we scheduled a tour of their facility. First time ever getting a car ceramic coated and it definitely is a pricy addition to my car but well worth it. I got the 5 year coating special and they give you a complete breakdown of everything that they will do. Chance was very helpful with answering any questions that I had to ensure that we’re getting the best work possible our car. When I bought the car in it had so many swirls in the paint. When I got it back it was perfect.
