No idea why he is getting low ratings. Competitors? Dr. Shepard is a great guy. I've had nothing but good experience with him in the last 5 years.
I have found Dr Shepard to be very easy to talk to. He is straight forward and down to earth. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend the clinic and Dr Shepard.
