(March 19, 2019, 3:36 pm)Called late in the afternoon on a Monday and spoke to Kirk, he stated although they did not carry my size tire in stock he could order the two needed and have them delivered the following day. I asked if they would for sure be there and he said yes and offered to call me when they arrived. Received a call the next morning they were in and made a 1 p.m appointment to ensure I got in and out. When I arrived I asked what brand tire they ended up ordering and found out they were different tires than the other two tires. He also informed me he didn't even think to ask if my lettering was white, which it is and the ordered tires were not. I rather whiningly asked if Kirk could possibly get in my current brand so I could match, he made a few calls and within a few minutes my exact tires were there and on my truck. Thanks for accommodating me! Will definitely be back when it's time to rotate and buy more!!

(March 2, 2019, 12:30 am)I stopped here on my way home yesterday to just get my tires aired up because I noticed one was extra low. The guy that was doing the complimentary air service told me that there was an issue with my tire, so I parked and took my baby inside to wait for them to check it out. Long story short, I told them I'd replace anything I needed to because I take my baby to the medical center downtown frequently, and even after I told them this, they were able to patch the hole for free and sent me on my way. They could have easily told me I needed it replaced or even that I needed the opposite tire too, but they didn't push it. I was so impressed that they didn't take advantage even after I said I didn't mind replacing it if it needed. I wish I'd gotten their names, but it was around 3pm on 2/28, so I hope management sees this and gives them props for building trust and not just pushing sales. You build a much more solid customer base that way and it's so noticed and appreciated.
