I have now lost over 25 pounds! I can't say enough good things, but If you are truly interested into losing weight i would stop in or give them a call.Thank you for everything you have done for me

This program helped me to learn so much more about living well that I didn't know. Traci is a wonderful caring coach and her guidance and care adds a special touch to the program. Also, discovering wellness is just that - you truly discover how to live well and maintain the accomplishment that you've achieved. An added bonus was learning how chiropractic and use of essential oils can add to your quality of living. The entire staff is very inspiring. Many THANKS to Discover Wellness for renewing my energy and life.
