I absolutely love their ribs. They are sweet, spicy, crust has a Little crunch to “the almost caramelized “crust” of the outer skin reveals there delish rib meat. Lol my mouth is watering for them now! ???????? like a fantasy just hit your mouth! words can not do justice....I’ve only has them a few times, because the truck moves, and honestly they are a tad expensive, for me, and my situation right now, BUT , not terribly expensive, just my expensive because ot my person situation position right now.......can’t wait to see them again! .. they are definitely better than any restaurant ribs in cypress, and so called bbq around joints here and there “ you won’t be disappointed..... I wish they would come back to the area near the old cypress train station, or to the Friday night bites in Bridgeland. But I haven’t seen them in awhile. ???? so if you see them definitely stop! You won’t be disappointed! ❤️❤️❤️

My husband brought home the biggest fried shrimp i had ever seen in my yrs of living....and the Gumbo was superb...I almost ate my husbands share of gumbo it was so good...my new favorite place to eat...Its located in Hempstead at the Shell station and the prices are reasonable for your quantity. This place is a must visit....I recommend everyone to try it. Lisa & Tony Frazier

Stopped in a whim and what a treat! D & J hooked us up with some of the best ribs and sausage I’ve had. The brisket was sold out, but looking forward to it.
