  American Comfort Experts is an amazing company. We are new to the Cypress area and they have been absolutely fabulous to deal with. Professional, educational and reasonable. I highly recommend them.

  ACE has been our go-to for several years now. They are always reliable and professional. A couple of years ago we had a problem on Thanksgiving Day and the tech came out to make sure our holiday wasn’t a bust. We enjoy being a part of the comfort club to receive the discounts and check ups on our units. Good company with good people.

  Our first tech was not a good experience and came for a routine checkup where we had no complaints and all was working fine to, same day, our main unit being totally down with repairs of $900 and mounting quoted. We were told our main unit would remain down for 3-4 days at best. All in all, pretty bad experience.
  
  On the plus side, we called the service manager who went into fix-it mode immediately. He sent a more experienced tech the very next day who repaired our main unit immediately and without additional charge. He then proceeded to optimize the other units... and removed a snake on our back patio while he was here to keep our family safe. Above and beyond.
  
  Main point is that bad customer experiences can happen from time to time. But it’s all in how a company remedies the situation that builds a lasting and trusted partnership. We appreciate how quickly and adequately our initial experience was handled... and corrected.
