This place is amazing. Very classy and professional and exceptional work. Megan is AMAZING at everything and especially getting the right shade of blonde that I love as well as precision cuts that I like. Price is a little higher than I usually paid at previous salons, but I will say the quality is absolutely worth it. I buy products every single time I go in and they are amazing as well. 100% recommend to all.
I get my hair cut here every month. The staff is so patient, helpful and kind. A year ago at a different salon I had gotten a very unfortunate haircut. The next time I needed a haircut I chose the Factory Salon and have been very happy ever since. My stylist Nicolette goes over every aspect of the cut and styling and has helped me grow my hair back out to where I want it. I love her and this place for that.
