My home warranty provider sent Edward to my house to fix my washing machine, he did a great job of fixing the issue but more importantly he was on time and made sure to explain what was wrong with it. He had to order the part and communicate with me when it would be in and when he would be back. The part came in early and he called and rescheduled my appointment for 2 days earlier. He came he was very professional and clean he made sure no nasty water that was in the washing machine escaped. Took him about 30 minutes and he was home great job Edward.

Choice home warranty sent this man out and he was ready to complete the repair the day of, but noticed another issue with our oven. It took some time to order parts because our oven is older, but nonetheless it has been repaired. Thank you for your help we really appreciate it.

I had had three different companies come look at the leak under my icemaker with no success at a solution. Edward came out, identified the problem and fixed it on the first attempt. He also did some extra cleaning and adjusting the back of the fridge free of charge and completely cleaned up after his work. Highest marks for Edward and his top-notch service!
