  Very nice store but the last time I came in there, there was no one there to tell me where to sign in or if I just sit down and wait. I was looked right in the eyes by a Hispanic young lady who addressed the Spanish people who came in, in front of me but she said not a word and I stood there for about 5 minutes before I saw the same girl again and asked where to sign in. I was told there was no sign in and I just sit in the area and wait for someone to come out. So I did that. The process was otherwise great. I took care of what I needed to take care of and the banker was quick and efficient. Prior I only went in to deposit my business checks so never had to speak with anyone as they have machines there will deposit for you. All and all it is great to have a Chase closer to my home. Been banking with them since I was old enough to open an account.

  FINALLY a Chase Bank on this side of Cypress!
  Stopped by today for the Grand Opening and met the awesome staff, to include Executive Director, Wes and the Vice President, Yvonne. Garrett even showed me around their new facility. It's definitely top notch!
  
  The outstanding design of the office cubes, walk up teller area, ATM stations and comfortable waiting area are just a few of the nice amenities.
  
  The drive thru hosts the newest technology in ATM design too, even though there is only one. Appears that future plans will include another one soon.
  
  I see this Chase being a HUGE asset to this community and surrounding areas. Wes, Yvonne and Garrett are definitely off to a great start! Welcome to the neighborhood.
