“I highly recommend Dr. Williams and his team of professionals if you are in need of orthopedic surgery. I recently had both of my shoulder rotator cuffs repaired through surgery by Dr. Williams. I found Dr. Williams to be extremely professional, proficient and knowledgeable with both his office and surgical skills. One of my rotator cuff's was torn and needed to be repaired and now, six months later, that arm is feeling great and as good as new. The other rotator cuff needed a complete rebuild due to severe damage that I had been dealing with for years. Once again, Dr. Williams was very successful in the surgical rebuild of my rotator cuff, even though the surgery was long and quite extensive. That surgery took place in early Nov. and the results have been amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Williams if you find yourself needing a good orthopedic surgeon!”

“We recently used their ER when our son fell and broke his arm at 9 o'clock on a Sunday. Naturally all other facilities were closed so we had no other option but to take him to an ER. The front desk receptionist was pleasant and polite when checking him in. We were taken to triage within a matter of minutes. In triage we had a wonderful RN who assisted us throughout our time there. She was kind and reassuring. She was patient with our 4 year old and shared as much information as she could when we asked questions. The XRAY tech was also kind and polite. Very reassuring that things would be okay, especially with our child who was screaming in pain. The Doctor was professional and warm. Overall it was a good experience under our circumstances. They referred us to an orthopedic doctor who will also be getting a 5 star review. This was our first time at memorial hermann and we will make them our hospital of choice moving forward. “I broke my arm when I was about 12, (23 now) and Dr. Stafford was my surgeon. I had a compound fracture and my bone came through my skin. He was able to save my growth plate without using pins too.
