Very clean. Reasonable priced for a smaller store. Customer service is a bit lacking.

We adopted a cat from them about nine months ago. Definitely a supplier of quality cats.

Better prices than pet smart. Service is better too. I love their rewards program! Had to get a harness for my pup and the assistant manager Alli I believe her name was, was very helpful. I would’ve left the store with the incorrect size harness if it wasn’t for her. She took the time to remove the harnesses from the hanger and fit each one to my dog.
