We came here after my nephews graduation and I really enjoyed it. The food was great. I had the salad with salmon and the salmon was cooked to perfection. I would definitely come back for it or order that salad for delivery. The staff was friendly and food came out fast. They provide coloring pages and crayons - which helped us keep the kids busy while we were waiting for the food. We stayed there till closing time and I appreciated them for not rushing us to leave.
This was our first time at Mia's table and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and the fun atmosphere. You order at the counter and then they bring it to your table. The beverage bar was nice and clean and had several types of lemonade. When our server brought out our food it was such a neat surprise when she asked if there was anything she could pray for. I'm looking for a new job right now so I told her that and she immediately offered to pray for our food and for my prayer request it was really sweet. The service staff was on top of things for a busy Saturday lunch time and there was also free self-serve ice cream! My friend ordered the grilled chicken that had pesto and cheese on it with a side of sweet potato fries and it looked delicious. I got a small Dee's dip which is queso with meat and it was delicious. The strawberry lemonade was very refreshing! Definitely a family friendly place. We'll be back.
So when you first walk in its kinda like getting transported to a cute, small town local diner and the atmosphere is very warm and inviting with country music playing softly in the background. There is also a really large menu upfront where you place your order and pay and then they give you a buzzer and you sit wherever you want until your food comes. This place is full of charm and nostalgia and they even have the old fashioned ketchup bottles and the most adorable blue picnic style tablecloths.
Okay, on to the food: I ordered 2 chicken tacos which came with a side of queso and chips. The shells were made of fried corn tortillas and were delicious but I didn't care for the purple cabbage. The queso was flavorful and probably had diced jalapeños in them but the spice level was pretty low. Also, your MUST get their Strawberry lemonade, which I mixed with the Passion fruit lemonade and it was soooo good!!
And all of the waiters and servers were so friendly and nice and they all smiled at us and made sure we had everything we needed. My family and I are happy to have Mia's Table in our neighborhood and it will become a regular place for us to visit.
My family had lunch here as we heard good things about the restaurant. Once we walked in, it felt like a southern country store. You grab a menu and then order at the counter. Once your food is ready, they bring it to your table. You are given a glass for drinks and there is a good selection once you find your table.
The food came out pretty quickly and everything was very good. I had the chicken sandwich which was juicy. I asked for the buffalo sauce on the side as the cashier noted it was pretty spicy and I wanted to add it at my leisure. The chicken fried chicken was also very good as well. All in all, we will definitely be back.
Really yummy, and fresh tasting food! The chicken fried steak had really great breading and was seasoned perfectly. Mac and cheese side was delicious as well as the chips and queso side. Tacos were very refreshing and tasty. I think our favorite part of the experience was how kind and attentive every employee was during our visit. We did not have to stand one time as they would walk around and make sure we had everything we needed, from napkins to refills!
