The food is fresh and the service is top notch.

I bought a sandwich here on 12.9.21. The staff greeted me with a "welcome in" and "hello" when I entered the door. Much to my surprise, after taking my order, they cooked the chicken to order on the stove, ensuring it was tasty and fresh.

They rang up my bill while I was waiting. I did not initially notice I was undercharged. When I pointed out the discrepancy before departing, they waived the additional charge.

The sandwich was delicious and filling. I highly recommend this establishment. "I'll be back."

Ordering experience 10/10, the guy taking my order was wonderful and informative when I told him it was my first visit.
The rest of the process could use improvement. I ordered a hot sandwich and was expecting the opportunity it’s to customize the cold options like lettuce, no tomato, add jalapeño kind of situation. That was not the case and the sandwich was handed to me from a back counter, fully assembled and bagged.
The other cold sandwich I ordered was Ok, there were multiple sandwiches prepped at the same time and confusion about who’s order belonged to who. I appreciate the food safety awareness because the sandwich was touched so many times and I noticed an immediate change of gloves if something non food was touched.
After paying there was continued confusion with which bag was waiting for what sandwich and who had paid. The staff was working together well and doing their best. I haven’t been to another location but from an outside perspective, they’re all just doing their best and there isn’t a good workflow for the variety of stations and menu options.

My wide and I came in today for the first time. They messed both our sandwiches up. I was too hungry to wait for for the remake. They remade my wife’s. And gave me my orginal order to take home. The manager went above and beyond. That is 5 star. Kinks will always get worked out. Treating people well never goes out of style.

Jersey Mike’s is a cut above the rest of the cold subs you can buy in the market so they claim. And they are right. It is. They stack it up. Love their dressings and condiments. Bring your appetite even for a small size they serve. Hitt’in it outta the ball park here. Look for their coupons in your local zip code coupon magazine.
