(January 22, 2019, 1:36 am)This gym is the best ever! The trainers are super encouraging, super hard-core and will also make sure that you have the proper form so that you don't get injured! That is very important in a training gym. The workouts are tough, but manageable, and will challenge you where you need it! The atmosphere here is so positive that you won't know what hit you when you walk in. I have loved it since day one, and the best part really is the people!
(January 21, 2019, 9:25 pm)this is by far the best workout program out there. I’m 45 yrs old and it’s perfect for folks my age who want to stay fit and get back into awesome shape. The HIIT training will get your heart pumping for 45 minutes and helps you melt off those unwanted jelly. Trust me this program works!

The trainers are amazing at helping with form and keeping you motivated! I love our fit family st F45 Louetta! The constantly changing workouts keep me coming back. ????
(January 10, 2019, 8:27 am)Joining F45 is by far one of the best decisions I have ever made. It has given me my life back. I went from couch potato to gym mat and have never looked back. It is so much more than just a gym. It's a family. All shapes, sizes, fitness levels welcome. There is no judgement, just encouragement. The trainers are incredible. The owners are around all the time and out there sweating it out with you and encouraging you. The facility is clean, neat and organized. I highly recommend F45.
(January 6, 2019, 10:22 pm)I can't say enough about this place! Such an amazing staff and team. Our fit fam is so welcoming. You can work at your own pace and can always modify. Everyone is there is great about keeping each other motivated. I started July 2018 and it is so addicting. Every class is different and brings new challenges. If you are looking for a place that you will LOVE and want to keep coming back for more you are home at F45 Louetta! Come and join us and start your journey to a healthier and happier you! Challenge 21 here we come!
