I always enjoyed her enthusiasm and she has great sequences. She offers many years of experience teaching various types of classes. Namaste!

Once in a accident and yoga being the thing that really helped her heal, she sought after becoming a teacher and helping others on their healing journey. She is a beautiful soul and a total sweetheart. Come experience healing and meditation by the best instructor in my opinion! She has many modalities to offer and many extras to help you other than yoga! You will fall in love with her and will be blessed to have her as teacher. She’s the best!
