(October 12, 2018, 3:50 pm)I just have to say, all the bikes shops I visited were so honest and didn’t bash any of the other shops. Which was so nice.
I did buy my bike from this location (despite the fact I live in magnolia) based on the awesone people here. I am the worst at names, so hopefully I don’t get it wrong, but I think the man who helped me was Aldo, and he was a rock star. Answered all my questions and then some and what stood out the most is he was so honest. He wasn’t looking to sell me a bike above what I needed. Not even one extra feature. I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to come in contact with a business that’s just honest. Not looking to make large sales at the cost of the client but to make the sale and have a life long client. Beyond impressed with his integrity and honesty, plus he helped me find the perfect bike. Totally easy going and didn’t judge my lack of knowledge at all.
Second, I can’t remeber his name, which is such a shame as he rememeberd mine ????, the man who works in the service section, and does bike fits. He has a beard (I see the name “Brandon” and “beard” in the other reviews so that might be him!), when I go back I’ll be sure to ask and update this review. He spendt at least two hours if not more on getting my bike to fit (two separate occasions). Once again, he wasn’t making any profit off taking so much time with me, he was just being a rock star and helping me find the perfect fit for my bike. He took the time to watch me ride and Adjusted time and time again until we got it right. The second time I came back with a list of “pains” from my first long ride. Sure enough, he found two huge issues that has made riding so soooooo much better and pain free.
Go here, serious. Drive the hour. The whole crew is amazing and honest. I hope they get the praise they deserve from the owner because employees like that make your business. Give those guys a raise ????
(May 16, 2018, 2:27 pm)Got me in & out real quick, showed me what he was doing and explained the work to me. Got my roughly 20 y/o bike adjusted and working better than it has in a while. Definitely will be back.
(April 26, 2018, 9:30 pm)Very good place to go to. The staff is very friendly and likes to help out. I got my bike done in less that 30 minutes. Great costumer care.
