Not only did Doctor B. show complete compassion and professionalism but his vet tech, Amber, was instrumental in making a horrible situation bearable. She was so kind and explained the process in a way that lessened my fear. They were both very gentle with my fur baby when putting him down and I can't thank them enough for that. Highly recommend Dr. B. and Amber at VCA!
