(October 15, 2018, 12:32 am)I would recommend Louetta Automotive because they have a guarantee on their repairs & I believe they honestly do their best to make their customers happy. I couldn’t afford to get my car fixed, so to keep me they came down on their price. I’m not saying they will always come down in their price but they truly try to please. I have been very happy with their work so far.
(August 13, 2018, 11:38 am)I walked in at 9:45am with 2 vehicles needing a state inspection. They're pretty busy and I'm almost out of the door already at 10:30.
I am highly impressed with the customer service and management of their queuing system. Well done guys.
(July 29, 2018, 4:31 pm)Prompt courteous response/care. I brought my motor home in on a Saturday morning for a State Inspection - even thought it was just a couple of days from the end of the month, I had no problem being in and out in under half an hour - my wife and I were able to just hang out in the motor home with generator and AC running while we waited. This is my second time to have this done here - will definitely return again!

Love the shuttle home option. I’ve priced around and they always seem fair. Plus they have coupons. I’m always satisfied.
(July 10, 2018, 4:15 pm)Louetta Automotive has always taken great care of my car. Every time I’ve had a last minute request they’ve helped me in a flash. The staff are very professional and they always communicate with me about my car. I’m never over charged and they never try to sell me on things that are beyond what I’ve asked for. I love this place!
