First of all, they work with you to meet any dietary restrictions, likes, or dislikes that you have. We love that the meals come frozen and vacuum packed so there is no rush to use them in a couple of days. Just put them in the freezer and use whenever you feel like a fast, healthy, and tasty meal. I tried another service before CW, but after a long day, I found myself following their included recipe and spending 45 or more minutes in my kitchen preparing the meal. With CW, I can either put the frozen meal in a slow cooker or I can put in an instant pot, set the timer, and forget about the cooking. The best part of CW is the quality. The meals are prepared with fresh products before freezing. My husband and I absolutely love the healthy, tasty, and fuss free meals we receive from CW. Thanks!
(July 15, 2016, 12:41 pm)Love this company! As a business owner time is scarce for me, so being able to put these frozen meals into an InstaPot for 10-15min is a life saver. I get a delicious and healthy meal with very little work. The ladies that run the company are also amazing and quick to respond to questions. If you want help accomplishing your goals reach out to them. Make sure you fill out the form so the nutritionist can tailor everything to you. Give them a try! You won't be disappointed!
