“I first heard about Ashley about 5 years ago. A friend recommended her to me, and I thought - eh, we're doing okay, we don't really need anything like that. Then a year or so later, I started seeing small issues in my two athletes. Nothing major, and I figured everything would just work out on its own. Another year went by, and the problems became bigger. At this point, I realized we probably needed help, but we were so busy. Another year went by, and we were in full-on crisis mode. Enter Ashley!! She has helped both of my girls within their sport and with life outside their sport. My girls love Ashley and are so comfortable talking with her. She validates their emotions and gives them tools to face their challenges. “I left my appointment at Williams Dental Care happy and well pleased. The entire staff had a part in leaving a good impression with me. I mention the staff, as a whole, because I first contacted the facility via phone to ensure they accepted my insurance. The phone receptionist was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Everything I needed to know, from the acceptance of my insurance to documentation that needed completion prior to my appointment, was provided. That was definitely a plus because it vastly streamlined my check-in. Once I arrived for my appointment, I was quickly greeted by name (although I had not stated who I was), and informed that I would be seen shortly. I was made to feel as though my business was appreciated. After I was summoned, and seated in the examination room, the dentist assistant thoroughly explained to me everything that was to transpire. She handled me with care while preparing me for the dentist. The dentist did not disappoint. She was just as thorough as her staff, explaining everything to me, even to the point of providing a mirror so that I could observe what was going on in my mouth as she worked. I literally could go on and on with praises, but I will make this review short, and end by saying that Williams Dental Care is now the only office I trust with my dental needs. The entire staff provides an unsurpassed amount of customer service.”

“I had a very good experience on my visit with Dr. Munik, this was my first appointment, before that, asked my PCP forwarded some lab test and ultrasound test reports, during visit, doctor carefully reviewed the results and asked me a few questions to understand the situation. And explained in details about the potential reasons of abnormal test result, he didn't nerve me and just scheduled a follow-up visit 6 months later, before that, told me to keep good diet and workout to monitor the number. Since it was only one visit, couldn't comment how effective Dr. Munik's treatment, but do have confidence to stay with him.”
