“Kita Chi is simply amazing! I've been going (a lot) since January. When I started at Kita Chi I had only tried yoga once or twice. I'm not sure why, but I just couldn't stick with it at first. However, Kita Chi made me consistent. I attend classes at least 3 times each week and more when my schedule permits. Each instructor brings their own personality to the class and you'll get something different from each of them. Francis is perfect. He teaches you to not only do the poses properly, but he emphasizes the importance of connecting with your inner self and quieting your mind. Niki is also one of my favorite's. She has an amazing voice that will instantly relax you. Basically, I love it here & I'm sure you would too. Come check it out. You won't regret it!”

There is a separate waiting area for well children so they don't pick up germs from sick patients.
