The two young men were very respectful and helpful in the installation of the flooring. They answered every question that we asked about certain things with regard to the flooring. “My wife very recently lost her Aunt that was very close to her. Today she was on a long distance family call about the service and everything that needed to be done. It is almost unbearable for my wife that because we just had a baby and the fact that her aunt lives over 6,942 miles away she can't attend the funeral. She called me at 3:45pm to tell me all about it and I could just hear the defeat in her voice. I called around to several flower shops knowing full well that most likely a delivery would be impossible. I was just hoping to do something to make her feel a little bit better. Amazingly Cy Fair Flowers & Gifts said they would get it done for me. The gentlemen I spoke to checked with his drivers to make sure and they made my wife's day. I can't thank them or recommend them enough for their friendly and accommodating service. I will absolutely use them again for any occasion.”
